Safe team currently includes 45+ people in four different locations.

You will be a part of the People and Culture team, so please meet your future teammates: Tania (HR Lead), Jenna (TA Lead), Rupi (HR Manager), Liam (Senior Technical Recruiter).

👨‍💻 About the Role:

As HR & Operations Manager, you will ensure that our operations run smoothly and, together with your teammates, build strong processes across different areas of HR.

Tools we use: Personio, Lattice, Notion, Slack, G Suite

🗂 What will you be doing:

• Prepare all HR-related documents
• Keep track of the equipment
• Support HR Manager with Onboarding and Team Engagement activities (i.e. Team Events)
• Provide payroll data to our external payroll provider
• Support our new team members with the visa process
• Keep an eye on the latest Labor Law updates and adjust our processes accordingly
• Maintain our internal People Wiki
• Participate in various HR projects

🎒 What you bring:

• At least three years of experience in an operations role
• Experience working with HRIS (Personio is a plus) and preparing payroll
• Experience organizing different team events
• Strong interest in various HR topics
• Self-starting attitude. We are a startup, there are a lot of opportunities to improve existing practices or introduce something completely new
• Native-level of German and Fluent English
