Curve Labs is a team of design and development interventionists architecting distributed solutions for the future economy. We create, combine, and integrate modular Web3 open-source technologies to form organizations more than the sum of their parts.
The Lab, which launched early 2020, is a registered German limited liability company (GmbH) headquartered in Berlin. Our work currently covers three domains:
- We are a web3 venture studio that works with organizational primitives to support blockchain-native organizations, a.k.a. “DAOs.” We've worked with an activist coop, decentralized finance applications, a local sustainable development network, and more.
- We are social activists, creating and advocating for web3 solutions in regenerative finance, data sovereignty, and distributed systems. We aim to build holistic cyberphysical systems that simultaneously address social and ecological crises.
- We are hands-on technologists who create infrastructural web3 building blocks, such as identity and reputation modules, geospatial token standards, and inter-blockchain bridge mechanisms. We understand that engineering these primitives is crucial for Web3 adoption.

We’re looking for a part-time collaborator who has a strong understanding of recruitment and talent management. This person will support our Operations Lead in helping source and maintain a vibrant talent pool of Curve Lab potentials.
What we’re looking for
1+ years experience as a recruitment or HR professional or a relevant university degree
Strong emotional intelligence
Organized work process
Excellent communication and phone/videocall skills
Self-accountable for owning talent workflow
Web3 knowledge appreciated, but not required
What you’ll do
Work with practice area leads to understand hiring needs and create amazing job descriptions
Review CVs and schedule introductory calls with potential candidates for the Lab
Draft correspondence and own communications with potential talent
Maintain onboarding material and guide new hires through the onboarding process
Coordinate with college/university/coding camp job board and placement programs to boost the Lab’s overall talent network exposure
Help reinforce talent needs across Curve Labs’ partners and affiliates as needed
Organize employee development and training activities based on identified needs
Track vacation days, overtime, and weekend work for Lab employees
Ad hoc Operations tasks as required
