Offering a position as a PRODUCT MANAGER for WEB3 AVATAR SOFTWARE

What's the Job
The Product Manager's main role is to own and execute early stage Product Development of our web3 Avatar System, bringing the product vision and roadmap to life.
- Work closely with Creative, Product, Design, and Technical leadership to build high-quality products that will resonate with the target audience
- Troubleshoot problems and propose initiatives in real time
- Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures to keep teams aligned and help influence outcomes
- Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
What You'll Do
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for your domain, in alignment with the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop familiarity with Web3 security, vulnerability disclosure, bug bounties, hacker community and culture, vulnerability management, and other domain areas
- Understand the competitive landscape to identify market trends, key underserved customer needs, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to discover, organize, and prioritize prospective new capabilities and solutions for your product domain
- Drive product improvements through iterative design and experimentation; gather data to build a strong understanding of the user, their pain points and the solutions that will lead to a better user experience
- Work with engineers and designers to deliver a high-quality product experience that users love
- Actively engage with Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2C product experience at a fast-growing software company
- Expertise in drafting robust product requirement documents and collaborating with multiple stakeholders including engineering, marketing, design, etc.
- Technical background particularly working with web and cloud-based platforms
- Understanding of the blockchain and NFT landscape
- Passionate about web3 space and willing to constantly learn
- Analytical mindset and experience making data informed decisions
- Strong history working with design and development teams
- Positive, professional, inclusive, self-starter and team-oriented demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience and success leading cross-functional teams remotely
- Has experience with solutions leveraging technical APIs and products.
