Senior Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer who will architect and implement the blockchain foundation of the BioMatrix.ai ecosystem. They will design secure, scalable, and user-friendly blockchain solutions that integrate biometric identity, payments, and data services. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has deep blockchain expertise, thrives in 0 to 1 innovation, and is motivated to build real-world applications at global scale. The Senior Blockchain Engineer will work on upcoming projects around Real World Assets (RWA).

Requirements

• 5+ years of blockchain development experience (protocol, dApps, Layer 1/Layer 2, or DeFi/Web3)
• Layer 2 Blockchain experience
• Proficiency in Java (any version)
• Real World Assets experience
• Proficiency in Java and Solidity
• Strong understanding of smart contract security, cryptography, and distributed systems
• Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other major blockchain platforms
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade blockchain systems
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
