About This Role
Weâre looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
Inbound demand is strong, but we lack structured outbound programs and enterprise sales. We need a closer who can build a repeatable revenue engine from scratch, from pipeline design to deal-closing and post-sale account growth.
This isnât about following a playbook. There is no playbook. We need a builder who can thrive in ambiguity, design experiments, track results, and optimize strategies. Youâll know how to interpret sales analytics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that scale.
A successful AE here is a concise, precise communicator who listens as much as they speak, understands customer pain points, and can translate those into actionable solutions.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years of B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup sales experience
- Have owned the full sales cycle: prospecting â pitching â negotiating â closing
- Know how to set up outbound strategies, lead scoring, and CRM discipline
- Are comfortable engaging with C-level buyers and technical stakeholders
- Can design, execute, and iterate sales experiments based on data
- Thrive in â0 â 1â sales environments where nothing exists yet
- Are curious about Web3 and willing to learn it quickly
You Will:
- Build and own Streamflowâs outbound sales strategy
- Manage, nurture, and close high-value deals with startups and enterprise clients
- Establish a repeatable, data-driven sales process
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to refine messaging and pitches
- Drive revenue targets and create predictable pipeline growth
- Represent Streamflow at key events, conferences, and ecosystem touchpoints
Compensation
For this full-time role, weâre offering:
Base gross salary: $3,500-$4,000 + commission-based bonus
Token grant: 0.1%-0.2% of total token supply (to be agreed after 6 month period); tokens will have vesting of 12 months lockup + 24 months linear vesting
