The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Lead, On-Chain to own awareness, partnerships, and community building across both traditional financial services and the emerging DeFi ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice, partnerships, and growth engine of a category-defining company.

What you’ll do

  • Ecosystem & Business Development
    • Identify and launch partnerships with asset managers and ecosystem players
    • Represent the company at events, panels, and conferences; be an evangelist for tokenized Real World Assets (RWAs)
    • Develop co-marketing opportunities with partners to expand reach
  • Leadership Enablement
    • Create and execute go-to-market strategy, support investor updates 
    • Act as a cross-functional partner to product, design, and engineering — translating market feedback into product insights
  • Growth & Marketing
    • Build our brand narrative and thought leadership in financial services, FinTech, and DeFi
    • Design lightweight growth funnels (from awareness → engagement → conversion)
    • Own and experiment with early growth channels: content, social, events, newsletters, PR

What we are looking for

  • Prior experience in traditional finance, including investment banking, debt capital markets, or management consulting
  • 5+ years of experience working as an operator in a growth, marketing, BD / partnerships role at a FinTech or DeFi startup
  • Excellent communicator with a track record of writing, storytelling, or evangelism
  • Entrepreneurial: you thrive designing go-to-market, measure outcomes, and strategic initiatives
  • Network-oriented: you thrive on building relationships across FinTech, DeFi, and Capital Markets
