We are looking for a SEO Growth Lead to build and scale our organic acquisition channel. This role will own SEO strategy, content optimization, technical implementation, and performance analysis across competitive English-speaking markets.
You will work closely with writers, product, and marketing to structure a content system designed for long-term, compounding growth. The goal is to strengthen SEO as a core acquisition channel over the next two years.
This is a high-ownership role with real autonomy, visibility into business impact, and the opportunity to shape how organic growth evolves at Zignaly.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute Zignaly’s SEO strategy aligned with business goals
Lead the SEO layer of our content system, from keyword research to publication
Optimize and publish content inside the CMS (internal linking, schema, metadata, structure)
Analyze traffic, funnel contribution, and performance data to guide decisions
Prioritize and execute technical SEO improvements
Coordinate programmatic SEO initiatives
Strengthen brand authority and visibility across search and AI-driven environments
Guide and train writers on SEO best practices
Own the organic roadmap and identify growth opportunities
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven organic growth impact
Experience scaling content-driven acquisition in competitive markets
Strong technical SEO knowledge (schema, indexing, internal architecture, crawl issues)
Experience working directly inside CMS environments (Webflow)
Experience leading or guiding writers from an SEO perspective
Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret performance dashboards
High level of professional English (content and SERPs are in English)
Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable with ownership
Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:
Experience in fintech, investing, or financial education
Experience with programmatic SEO
Familiarity with AI-driven search environments and entity optimization
Experience working in startup or scale-up environments
Experience managing multi-domain SEO strategies
Experience using tools such as SEMrush or similar SEO platforms
Experience working with APIs, automation workflows, or data integrations
