Web3 Junior Full Stack Developer

We are a Viennese-based Start-Up that has dedicated all its resources to finding new ways to monetize content and help generate further income flows for artists & creators. Talentir is on a mission to reinvent the world of content creation through blockchain and bring it closer to everyone, everywhere. Today's content-monetization ecosystem is complex, exclusive, and expensive, and we're here to change this and become the #1 content-trading platform in Europe and beyond. We allocated two investments that enable us to expand the team, and here we are looking for you. We enable you to work on the project together with our senior developers and designers from the very first minute so that you can soon take over responsibility in many areas of the platform. We are explicitly looking for junior to mid-level developers. We offer a ride to gain as much knowledge as you can process, and maybe to the moon. All you need to bring is the will to learn and grow with us.

Tasks

• Be part of a team working on the Talentir Frontend, Backend and build Smart Contracts for our crypto-content-monetization platform.
• Work alongside experienced senior developers and designers to get kick-started into your career.
• Write modern code using the latest functional and object-oriented principles.

General Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve web-based software.
• Create, maintain and test cloud infrastructure using Github, Google Firebase and Google Cloud.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Design and implement new user-facing features on the Talentir platform.
• Be proactive about product ideas, feature ideas and process ideas.

Requirements

• Ideally, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Solid foundation in software development principles (functional programming, object-oriented programming)
• Experience with Typescript, React, NodeJS
• Experience with consumer-facing websites or services.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German is a tiny plus, but not a must.
• A "done is better than perfect" mentality and a willingness to question result and process constantly.
• Interest or ideally experience with smart contract development (e.g., Solidity)
