About the Role:

• Lead AI initiatives and build leading-edge AI applications for commerce.
• Utilize Python, Scala, or C# for data-driven model development.
• Apply machine learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and more to drive innovation.
• Perform data ETL and analysis for application build, ensuring robust and scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to define and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Integrate benchmark systems for enhancing AI application quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects in a SaaS environment.
• Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring, and skill development within the team.
• Make strategic decisions aligning technology with business goals.
• Lead research and development of foundation models to various real-world customer problems.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in engineering with large systems.
• Expertise in machine learning and related techniques.
• Expertise in programming and data science tools.
• Passion for learning and applying state-of-the-art AI models, especially LLM.
• Demonstrated ability in data science and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• A degree in a quantitative field.
