Calling all Learning Designers looking to make an immediate impact where you'll have the opportunity to shape engaging learning experiences that impact various departments. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll design inclusive training materials and programs tailored to diverse learning needs. This role is initially a 6-month Fixed Term contract with a view to extend.

What you will do:
As a Learning Designer, your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Collaborate with multiple subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and analyse learning needs across the business.
- Design and build engaging learning content for different departments across the business, including e-learning modules, videos, flyers, interactive activities, assessments, and other multimedia content.
- Revise existing content to incorporate the latest updates.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning design and e-learning, incorporating them into our learning solutions.
- Utilise the company’s LMS to upload training content, writing course summaries and ensure seamless integration into the platform.
- On an ad-hoc basis: assist with maintaining the LMS, pulling learning reports for stakeholders, and assisting with drafting communications around learning updates.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's learning strategy.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years of experience in designing and developing learning materials and courses, preferably in a technology-focused industry
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Proven skills in video production and editing, including the use of software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Proficiency in graphic design skills including the use of authoring tools such as Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design models
Bonus points if you also have:
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, online casinos, fiat payments, sports betting, and streaming industries is a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a related field
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
