Web3 Marketing Operation Manager

TRON is looking for a Marketing Operation Manager passionate about the blockchain / cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. This role will function as a thought partner to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations in establishing the new Marketing Operations Planning department and executing against key objectives to drive efficiencies and scale.

You will:

• Engaging with Asia products team about their marketing plans, marketing goals
• Coordinating with Asia teams with US marketing teams to implement the marketing calendar
• You are accountable for ensuring every campaign & program is delivered on time, 100% complaint & meets accessibility standards
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project teams, partners, and senior leadership both inside and outside the company
• Conducts medium-sized (e.g., a feature) planning by seeking to identify key milestones, providing input into developing plans, and contributing to team discussions
• Maintains knowledge of current blockchain trends within the discipline to understand broader requirements. Understands business objectives and aligns to broader platform architecture priorities to set up platform(s) for campaign execution
• Lead streamlining of existing financial reports and dashboards for Marketing Operations department and support creating forecasts for agency and campaign expenses

Who you are:

• Experience managing, coaching, and leading a direct report or indirectly managing the work of team members
• Comfort and expertise in spreadsheets, databases, linking multiple sheets
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with high a degree of accuracy
• You can easily shift from thinking big to rolling up your sleeves and executing smaller tasks
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency experience is a must
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must
