About the Role
As our Marketplace Operations Analyst, you’ll provide exceptional support to new and existing customers of our Figure Marketplace offerings. Responsibilities will include providing white glove support for our clients, creating instructional guides and content, and helping to identify and implement metrics to drive major business objectives. A driven, self-starter who is confident in taking responsibility and taking projects to completion with minimal guidance will be successful in this role. This position will be intentionally broad at the outset, and the ideal candidate will seize opportunities to narrow their focus over time to advance both the business and their own career.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Marketplace Operations Team with day-to-day operations.
- Provide 5-star, responsive technical and general support for all customer issues for Figure Marketplace applications.
- Triage and manage support requests, feature requests, and technical bugs through appropriate ticketing process with the product and engineering teams. Handle these customer inquiries or issues via omni-channel communication.
- Promote brand recognition and loyalty by ensuring unrivaled support to our customers via phone, chat interactions and email.
- Gather data-driven insights and analysis to operationalize and scale key processes.
- Recommend modifications and additions to the Team's guiding documents including certain policies & procedures.
- Create cohesive and visually appealing guides, flow charts, FAQs, and other content to support frictionless customer experiences.
- Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team’s capabilities as required.
- Contribute to an exciting and vibrant office environment and team dynamic.
What We Look For
- BA/BS with 2+ years of relevant experience in operations and customer service, especially with VIP level clients and investors
- Data focused individual who is confident and comfortable advising senior management on best business practices. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
- A strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems, with professional experience preferred but not required
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- High degree of intellectual curiosity - this role will evolve rapidly and the direction will be determined by the candidate
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and practice independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
