About the Role

We’re looking for a customer service driven tech enthusiast to join our growing team! As our Operations Analyst, you’ll be supporting clients and customers with our cutting edge capitalization table. This role will maintain client relationships and offer product and tech support ensuring a high level of customer success and support.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new clients to the system and provide user training
• Monitor and reconcile transactional processing within the system to ensure proper recording to the customer account.
• Manage and investigate bug reports from Client, partnering with Product to triage them to Engineering and providing status reports
• Aggregate and analyze feedback from customers to deliver impactful recommendations for Product
• Gather feedback from customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.
• Be a champion of the Figure mission of bringing Blockchain solutions to the financial services industry

What We Look For

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business preferred
• 2+ years of experience in B2B customer success, technical support or product support
• Experience with converting, manipulating or analyzing large data sets required
• Equity compensation experience is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
• Ability to problem solve and drive efficiency
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
