• You are responsible for enhancing the working experience

• Bachelor or Master studies in business / human resources or a related field
• You already gained experience in HR or were involved in HR related topics
• You have been working in startups before / have a strong interest in startups
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Fluent German and English, knowledge of other language is a plus
• You get stuff done. We are looking for someone we can trust to do a good job without much hand holding - you should enjoy responsibility
