As an HR Operations Partner at WOO X, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee experience while aligning with business objectives. Working closely with the Operations team and collaborating with various departments, you will contribute to developing, executing, and enhancing HR strategies and programs that promote eBiciency, compliance, and a positive work environment.

What you’ll be working on:

Employee Experience & Policy Management: Partner with the Operations team to achieve both day-to-day tasks and strategic goals aimed at enhancing the employee experience while supporting business objectives. Policy Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive, fit-for- purpose employee handbook that outlines company policies and sets clear expectations for all employees Program Implementation: Design and manage high-priority HR programs, including performance reviews, employee and management training, and onboarding/offBboarding processes Feedback Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze employee feedback data to identify and act on opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, taking ownership of Taiwan payroll calculations and managing global payroll vendor relationships to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Tool Optimization: Utilize current HR tools and identify opportunities for new tools to boost employee productivity and streamline HR processes. Global Collaboration: Work proactively with international counterparts to maintain consistency in processes and policies across different regions.

Demonstrated experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs and policies. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders across different cultures. Familiarity with payroll management and vendor relations is a plus.
