We’re looking for a deeply connected crypto-native operator to help grow our presence across the perpetual trading ecosystem.

This is not a traditional corporate BD role.

We want someone who already lives inside the trenches of Crypto Twitter, Telegram trading groups, perp communities, gambling circles, affiliate networks, and high-volume trader ecosystems — and knows how to turn relationships into growth, liquidity, and active users.

What You’ll Do

•  Build relationships with: 
  •  Perp trading communities 
  •  Telegram/Discord trading groups 
  •  KOLs and CT influencers 
  •  Gambling and betting communities 
  •  Affiliates and referrers 
  •  Market makers and liquidity partners 
•  Drive: 
  •  User acquisition 
  •  Trading volume 
  •  Deposits 
  •  Community growth 
  •  Referral activity 
  •  Strategic ecosystem partnerships 
•  Launch and manage: 
  •  Referral campaigns 
  •  Trading competitions 
  •  Incentive programs 
  •  Ambassador/KOL initiatives 
  •  Cross-community activations 
•  Identify growth opportunities across the broader degen/trading ecosystem. 

Who You Are

•  Deeply crypto-native 
•  Already connected to relevant perp trading circles 
•  Active on Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc. 
•  Understand trader psychology and incentive mechanics 
•  Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments 
•  Strong network within: 
  •  Perps 
  •  Memecoins 
  •  Gambling/sports betting 
  •  High-frequency trading communities 
  •  Casino-style growth ecosystems
