Come join us as a Principal Product Manager on the AWS Blockchain team.

AWS Blockchain accelerates customers' ability to create and leverage scalable blockchain technology for current and innovative business use cases across Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Supply Chain, Financial Services, Identity, and more. We are looking for an experienced product leader to drive roadmap, feature definition and go-to-market strategy of the AWS product offering across the rapidly evolving and broad landscape of blockchain technology and use cases.

We are looking for a candidate that is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experiences on the planet, showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking big. This leader will need to exhibit excellent judgment, prioritizing between existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence. We are looking for strong business owners who are comfortable sharing their vision with AWS senior leadership, but also working closely with engineering teams to dive deep into details to make ideas into reality. The candidate will have a track record delivering outstanding products at scale in emerging spaces, and is passionate about blockchain, distributed systems, and cloud scale software. Ideally you will have experience delivering products or innovations in the blockchain space, and in particular DeFi or Traditional Financial Services. The base pay range for this position in Colorado, New York City and Jersey City is $181,100 - 245,000/yr . Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Key job responsibilities

• Define roadmap which helps customers build easily and effectively with innovative blockchain technology.
• Define, compile, and publish metrics which show health and growth of service for leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Work closely with engineering teams, solution architects, and account teams to help customers.

A day in the life
On a daily basis, you will balance talking to customers at executive and grass-roots level, evangelizing impactful application of blockchain technology internally and externally, creating and executing on a strategic roadmap, evaluating the impact (adoption and financial) of your products, partnering with engineering managers to build products, and working on go-to-market strategies. You will learn about other AWS services and help them adapt to blockchain use cases as the technology becomes mainstream.
