Web3 Principal Software Engineer (GoLang)

You have the great opportunity to design the core banking platform for Nuri, with a focus on customer experience, quality, and long term scale. You set standards for technical design and execution on the platform teams and build partner integrations in a decoupled design to enable teams to move fast.

Your mission

• Play an active role in transforming requirements into an architecture and design, enabling optimal, quality implementations by the team
• Help pinpoint production lags or bottlenecks, using their experience with SRE & APM, dispatching solutions and actions with the dev team
• Work in partnership with the Security and Infrastructure team, seeking simplicity and efficiency in terms of runtime architecture and its costs, and never sacrificing security
• You grow and enable fellow engineers, while applying own experience to lift the engineering quality of the team as a whole
• You are in close contact with the frontend teams to align about the required frontend adjustments, while being in close contact with stakeholders to build and adjust the roadmap.
• You guide technical discussions towards clarity and take responsibility for the Nuri Tech Stack as a whole and drive department wide initiatives
• You are the central contact point for technical design and vision

Your profile

• You bring at least 10 years of experience as an engineer
• You have the ability to lead, coach and inspire engineers on the team, ensuring that there are ongoing opportunities for learning and development
• You bring solid experience of being an active member of company leadership teams, with experience of managing teams and driving larger engineering initiatives
• You have excellent organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple projects at once and to define efficient processes during hyper-growth
• You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal with fluency in English
