Web3 Product Management Lead, Growth

We're looking for a Product Management Lead for Growth to help us massively expand our user base. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing and shaping our multi-chain ecosystem to help us achieve our mission: being the destination for discovery, expression, and ownership across digital cultures. You will bring a wealth of technical knowledge with exceptional project management skills.

This role will be overlapping with teams in both Pacific and APAC Time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the Growth strategy at Magic Eden

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and goals to grow Magic Eden’s user base to a massive scale, in alignment with the company's overall strategy. 

• Drive a winning culture of rapid experimentation, hypothesis-driven product development, data-driven decision-making, and big bets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new initiatives, features, and improvements. 

• Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams as well as the founders to develop go-to-market strategies.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with 3+ years in leadership.  

• Verbal fluency English required (bilingual in Mandarin ideal)

• Proven ability to drive major business impact and learnings through experimentation and iteration

• Fluency with using Data - tactical (e.g. A/B testing) and strategic (e.g. feature level estimations, sizing) to inform decisions.

• Ability to think at a micro and macro scale. Micro: driving continuous development and growth of our products through iterative improvements and experimentation. Macro: identifying big bets and 0-to-1 innovation that drives step function changes. 

• Deep experience and knowledge of best-in-class web2 growth strategies and tactics.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to frontier innovations in growth.

• Strong passion or interest in the crypto and NFT industry. 

• Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in an organized manner.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• World-class PM communication skills and hygiene, with excellent cross-functional leadership in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
