What You Will Be Doing:

• Own all aspects of a product area, from crafting the vision and strategy to full execution.

• Collaborate across regions, product areas, and teams to develop solutions to complex challenges.

• Define OKRs for multiple teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration during product development to achieve key goals.

• Lead efforts to identify, define, collect, and track key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) for new or existing product areas.

• Balance and prioritize across a wide range of stakeholder objectives.

• Drive development for a multi-year product vision, creating a cohesive product narrative and direction.

What We Look for in You:

• 5+ years of product management experience.

• 2+ years of work experience in the crypto industry, with deep knowledge of at least one segment (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, RWAs).

• Ability to shape and influence strategic discussions around onchain topics.

• Experience working with and balancing the needs of various stakeholders.

• User-centric, with an ability to understand a wide range of user personas.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly ramp up on complex domains.

• Passionate about cryptocurrency and financial markets.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience expanding the onchain ecosystem for developers, creators, or consumers.

• Familiarity with smart contract engineering or the ability to define technical requirements.

• Established network within crypto communities.
