Web3 Product Manager, Core Protocol

• Develop and own the protocol expansion roadmap and product strategy
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for improvements to the Metaplex Program Library and NFT standard
• Run cross-functional process that includes key stakeholders inside Metaplex Studios and the broader community.
• Work closely with the Developer Experience team on SDKs and simplifying the development process of working with the Metaplex protocol.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience working as a product manager, ideally at a developer focused organization.
• 7+ years of experience working in fast growth technology and/or gaming businesses.
• Experience in defining key business processes, identifying pain points and problem solving collaboratively
• Experience defining success metrics, goals and building high functioning teams.
