GoMining is hiring a Product Manager(Crypto)
Compensation: $56k - $90k

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative solutions in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and fintech.

GoMining is a pioneering digital platform in the Bitcoin mining industry, dedicated to democratizing access to Bitcoin mining through innovative digital mining solutions and strategic partnerships. We work across exchanges, DeFi/Web3 platforms, mining infrastructure, and institutional investment initiatives to provide our clients with diversified opportunities in the digital asset space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies for initiatives like plastic cards, ambassador program, Web3 bridge, IPO, and Miner Wars.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on stakeholder input and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Manage product budgets, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, partners, and contractors to align on product vision.
- Adapt and refine product strategies to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in crypto projects.
- Strong ability to define product vision and break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Flexibility in handling changing priorities and navigating business dynamics.
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to delivering exceptional product outcomes.
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing external partnerships.
- Basic understanding of Web3 and the crypto industry is a plus.
