Web3 Product Manager

Brief Overview:

What’s Expected:

1st principle thinking; the ability to build products from scratch and the vision to scale it Astute customer understanding; a very customer focussed approach to solving the problem Focus on talking to customers to get an intuitive understanding of how they think and behave Data-oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights, and an appetite for business context and metrics. And A/Bs Owner mentality; willingness to take initiatives, the accountability to dive closure, tenacity, and grit The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams yet the assertiveness and influence to rally people around ’right’ products  

Requirements:

5 years or more of hands-on Product Management experience.  Worked on complex cross-functional products and has gone through the whole product journey of defining strategy to driving go to market Deep passion for building consumer-facing products  

Preferred:

Previous work experience in product-based startupsPrior fintech experience. Understands the cryptocurrency landscape
