Responsibilities:
- Lead projects for Binance FZE to make changes in operational setup in order to meet regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with timeline and prioritizations planning
- Deliver and own the overall projects outcome with the respective business units
- Require stakeholder management skill set, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Improve or/and create new process frameworks in order to increase efficiency for business impacts
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience within a Project Manager role
- Thinks outside the box, data driven, self starter
- Strong financial and economics knowledge
- Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams across different business units and regions, to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
- Graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields
- Fluency in English
- Background in financial space or investment banking would be a plus
