Everstake (IT, a blockchain company - the largest validator of blockchain networks) invites a product owner to join the team.

The main functions include: - Eagerness to maximize product value by backorders managing and optimizing. - Communication with the parties concerned and close work with Scrum teams in order to keep all areas of the business up to date with the project progress.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in IT and at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner - English level - upper and higher; - Experience - Defi / Blockchain / Solana - Excellent spoken and written English; - Scrum methodology proficiency; - Strong communication and presentation skills;

Responsibilities: - Collection of business requirements from stakeholders and transformation thereof into product requirements; - Analysis of the team and clients needs; - Building and description of functions from scratch and working with existing enhancements/function requests. Work with the team in search of possible product improvements and presentation thereof to the customer; - Establishment of work with developers, designers, and business teams, schedule drawing up, track of deadlines; - Creation of technical documentation and its storage organization; - Conducting of backlog assessments; - Assistance for business owners in the field of prioritizing according to the development team requirements as to time and budget constraints; - Participation in stand-ups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, groomings, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings; - Conducting demonstrations for stakeholders.
