Job Description:

• Salesforce Product Manager will be responsible for all CRM team projects. The individual must be the liaison for all departments working with the CRM team; ensuring proper communication and expectations are secured
• The role requires strong project leadership, experience in managing technical projects, fluent understanding of all PMO methodologies and best practices. The SPM will need to study and understand business processes, and after evaluate and optimize them through Salesforce solutions
• The position requires the ability to write business requirements and transfer them into technical Salesforce requirements; it also must ensure proper documentation is accompanying them
• The role is fully engaged through the life cycle of product delivery - from proof of concept - to testing - to deployment to the production environment - to monitoring thereafter
• SPM reports to the CRM Director

Main Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Work directly with business stakeholders/SMEs/Heads of departments to define project objectives and build a Salesforce roadmap to support company initiatives
• Excellent communication skills - serve as a liaison for the CRM team with all other internal departments
• Constantly grow Salesforce knowledge and educate stakeholders on the benefits and capabilities the system can deliver - increasing Salesforce adoption
• Analyze and prepare reporting data for the outcome of the CRM team’s projects - measure the success levels of all projects; as well as prepare progress reports for stakeholders and investors
• Assist with Apex (code-based) and declarative testing
• Work with developers to build Apex solutions whenever declarative development is not leveraged
• Monitor and track team members' backlog execution according to already coordinated deadlines
• Including design, document, build and deploy phases while ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed
• Support the project rollout and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor the outcome
• Lead team members to executing responsibilities within an agile framework
• Maintain a list within a Project Management Tool with all CRM team projects, priorities and tasks
• Maintain and keep all projects and internal technical documentation effective, robust and up-to-date/current

SPM Requirements:

• Strong EQ and emotional maturity
• Must have goal-oriented thinking
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a PM
• Strong leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is considered strong advantageous
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a supervisory position is considered advantageous
• Marketing Cloud or Mobile Studio experience is considered strong advantageous
