Web3 Senior Community Program Specialist

Ripple is looking for a strategic and passionate self-starter to join the corporate marketing team to help usher in a new era of finance powered by blockchain technology.

Corporate marketing is responsible for caring deeply about Ripple’s most valued communities, understanding how best to reach them and driving cross-functional initiatives to do so. As the Senior Community Program Specialist, you’ll focus primarily on the developer community. You’ll partner closely with the Developer Relations team to drive initiatives that make it exciting to start building on blockchain. By pairing audience insights, creativity and industry best practices you’ll create programs that foster a thriving developer community.

What you'll do:

• Work in partnership with the broader integrated marketing team to develop campaigns that align with quarterly OKRs and meet audience needs
• Create campaign briefs that clearly communicate the audience and objective of the campaign, gain alignment and drive through execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate program performance into insights and actionable steps that can be leveraged for future initiatives
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Developer Relations, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Global Events, PR/Comms, Design and more
• Work closely with and manage external agency partnerships
• Conduct industry research, present findings and insights clearly and concisely to the cross functional team
• Support and increase brand presence of Ripple globally

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, marketing or communication roles, preferably in a startup environment
• Excellent at collaborating with and influencing many contributors
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be both creative and strategic
• Proactive, energetic and relentless in the pursuit of moving the needle
• Serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• A passion for blockchain technology and crypto is a plus
