Web3 Senior Customer Experience Trainer

We’re looking for a Senior Trainer to join our growing Customer Care Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will use your knowledge of and experience to hold initial and ongoing training for the Customer Care team. You will establish the training function that will help maximize team performance, quality of work and end customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Identity gaps in the skills and the knowledge of the Trainers;
  • Provide constructive feedback with regards to the work and performance of the Trainers;
  • Prepare a plan and training materials for upskilling of the Trainers as well as for any other employee of the company upon need;
  • Extract and prepare reports based on available data on a daily, weekly,monthly etc. basis and to analyse it and prepare action plans and recommendations for improvements;
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments in order to identify the needs of creating training materials to upskill the employees of the company;;
  • Monitor and supervise the execution of the tasks and goals set to the Trainers as well as achieving the goals set in the trainer's scorecard;
  • Take care of scheduling and shifting of the trainers;
  • Take care of scheduling of training sessions; upskilling sessions and any other courses related to training, learning and development;
  • Audit the quality of the training materials and make sure all information in-there is up-to-date.
  • Related experience in training staff, preferably within the Customer Care field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Diligent and meticulous;
  • Ability to work in a team-focused, deadline-driven environment;
  • Fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1).
