About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager who is excited about the crypto market to build a crypto market data aggregation platform to empower internal users, developers and businesses keen to integrate crypto market data into their product offerings.

You are someone who monitors the pulse of the crypto market, dives deep into research on different crypto projects - or - someone who is obsessed with sniffing out the next 100x coin by lurking in ape groups.

Obsessions aside, you are a data-driven product person who is passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrencies and its emerging applications. You are excited to deliver value through assisting others on their crypto journey, and accelerate user acquisition / engagement of the Crypto.com ecosystem.

You will help build data products at Crypto.com/price, addressing the needs of internal and external customers, create and test hypotheses, work with designers and engineers to build, measure and learn, all the while keeping an eye on the competitive landscape and market trends to help the team get ahead.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy for our data aggregation platform, with a focus on accelerating integrations with data providers, improving data quality, and metadata management
• Define OKRs and product roadmap with stakeholders
• Own the product - take charge of scoping and prioritisation of work, and define the value proposition for our customers
• Build your team to scale as required
• Work closely with our product managers, designers and development team through the build-measure-learn phases
• Conduct user research, interviews and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points and potential market gaps
• Design end-to-end features, from research / ideation to validation and implementation
• Create and maintain the data product portfolio roadmap and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind, while overseeing our product life cycle
• Contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategy
• Stay up-to-date with developers communities, market trends and propose new ideas

• Good technical knowledge / background (candidates with relevant development experience have an advantage)
• Track record of shipping and iterating on data aggregation / integration platforms
• Obsessed with crypto
• An analytical and data-driven work >
• Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin Chinese
• A team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced and dynamic environment
