Web3 Senior Product Manager - Tokenization

Tasks

• Collaborate with product owners, tech leads and business stakeholders on specifying new product features and improvements of existing functionality with a client centric mindset
• Break down high level business requirements and product ideas into features, user stories, operational and legal processes
  and clarify business rules in collaboration with different stakeholders
• Drive the long-term strategy and roadmap of the tokenization platform together with the business units
• Engage in thought leadership to make the platform future-proof
• Work closely with the development team to implement product features while ensuring scalability, managing dependencies,
  and adhering to business and non-functional requirements
• Manage integrations and interfaces with other applications in our product landscape
• Support the run-the-bank organization to identify and resolve production issues
• Ensure that new requirements are consistent with the product scope and vision
• Participate in the entire product development life cycle
• Partner with tech stakeholders to ensure the quality and stability of our products

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally at a fintech, bank, or other digital asset or financial
  services provider
• Sharp understanding for the business, technical, operational, and legal challenges to solve a problem for external
  and internal users of the tokenization stack
• Analytical skills to ask the right questions, elicit, dissect, organize, translate, and cross reference requirements
• Communication ability to successfully bridge the gap between business and tech
• Familiarity with Agile Development, JIRA
• Basic knowledge of REST API, Data Structure

Nice to have:

• Experience with tokenization, web3, or other crypto projects
• Technical background and/or experience building up products in the financial industry
• Strong interest and knowledge in cryptocurrencies/blockchain/ICOs
• Relevant certification such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Professional, Project Management (IPMA/PMP/Price/SAFe, etc.)
