As a Senior Designer you will:

• Learn about the latest blockchain technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support to marketing and design efforts.
• Ideate, develop, and execute visual concepts to shape technology from abstract ideas into powerful visuals.
• Develop guidelines to help our team achieve strong and meaningful communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support to marketing and brand design efforts.
• Share and present visual ideas to validate them with internal stakeholders before they go into execution and/or production.

Requirements

• From 4 to 6 years of experience in Visual Design role in a studio or agency.
• A portfolio of great ideas, beautifully executed. You should demonstrate a breadth of thinking and execution, and an ability to adapt the tone of your work to suit a variety of different projects.
• Ability to drive the project to completion with attention to detail and execution.
• Understanding of marketing goals and executing design to meet them.
• A passion for keeping up to date with design trends and technology developments.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma

Further Relevant Experience:

• Familiarity in the blockchain.
• Tech industry experience and software products.
• Illustration skills
• Motion Design
• Data visualisation skills.
