Web3 Social Media Account Manager

Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager with 2-3+ years agency experience who will develop and implement digital strategies while assisting in the content ideation and creation process for a variety of category-leading NFT and Web3 integrated projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop platform strategies specific to clients’ unique needs
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to capitalize on real-time trends
• Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for clients, and communicate with online communities in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, while looping in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary
• Assist in reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content
• Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to client growth and help to reach client and agency goals
• Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Very knowledgeable about emerging technologies such as blockchain, NFTs & the overall Web3 ecosystem
• Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:
• Twitter
• Discord
• Instagram
• TikTok
• At least 3 years of client-facing communication experience
• Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
• Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendations
• Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new heights.
