What the day to day looks like:

  • You will advise our stakeholders and hiring managers, as a Subject Matter Expert for Singapore and SEA talent market
  • Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
  • A well-rounded Talent Acquisition Business Partner with strong direct sourcing and headhunting ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
  • Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
  • Champion Employer Brand internally and externally
  • Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace

Ideal candidate must have:

  • 5+years of inhouse technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals
  • Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
  • Ability to analyse key hiring metrics and provide actionable solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Business level in English and Mandarin
  • A passion and belief in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
