What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and business-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and networking.
- Screen and evaluate applications to identify candidates with proven experience and potential to meet organizational goals.
- Manage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality sales candidates.
- Collaborate closely with all departments, especially Sales and Business Leadership teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop recruitment strategies that attract top-performing talent.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers.
- Support employer branding initiatives focused on positioning the company as an employer of choice within the sales and fintech industry.
- Assist and develop SOP and process improvements in relation to recruitment and potentially other HR functions.
- Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring sales professionals through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job sites, referrals, and talent mapping).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Filipino.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment such as technology startups, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and systems; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with talent market trends and recruitment strategies for sales and commercial roles.
- Experience hiring in the crypto, fintech, or e-wallet industries is a strong plus.
- Understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
