Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Cash App Talent Enablement Team. You will build and manage interviewer training programs, with a focus on content development. We ask that you contribute to a significant amount of collaboration with subject-matter-experts and working groups across Cash App to create training materials in a cohesive format catered to learning.

You Will:

  • Make yourself the expert on existing training content (i.e. videos, assessments, landing pages)
  • Assess and prioritize training content needs through Talent and hiring team polling and interviewer capacity data
  • Build a framework for interviewer training content in a modular format to grow across departments while maintaining high-quality calibration
  • Create and promote a visible space for subject matter experts to understand content development priorities and opt-into working groups to lend their subject matter expertise toward training resources
  • Project manage working groups, driving communications and deliverables
  • Partner with Cash Talent Program Manager - Program Design to load relevant content into packaged insights and automate learning communications to the audience it relates to
  • Implement an outstanding Interviewer Training Program through engaging video content, reliable learning assessments, and easy-to-navigate resources
  • Maintain learning content and resources once launched (i.e. updated training videos, automated communication iterations, training landing pages)
  • Report on metrics measuring the efficacy and effect of training programs, and use data to iterate upon make recommendations on changes to guide additional impact

You Have:
  • 4+ years of prior professional experience in a people organization, 2+ in program or project management
  • Training and facilitation experience preferred
  • Experience working within or in support of technical populations

Additional Information

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Zone A: USD $138,200 - USD $169,000

Zone B: USD $128,500 - USD $157,100

Zone C: USD $121,700 - USD $148,700

Zone D: USD $110,600 - USD $135,200

This role is also eligible to participate in Block's equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies, and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
