Tech Lead (Web3 / DeFi Full Stack)

Compensation: $60k - $90k

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

You are enthusiastic about web3 technology and want to bring fans worldwide together with their idols? You are enthusiastic about e-gaming and the metaverse. You have an affinity and basic understanding of NFTs and blockchain technologies? As well as passion for sports? 
Then we would love to welcome you to be part of a young and dynamic team at an international sports tech start-up based in Frankfurt. 
 
Requirements 
  • More than 2 years working professionally on blockchain / DeFi projects.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Knowledge of multiple chains, such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Polygon. 
  • Blockchain fundamentals (consensus, nodes, miners, forks, transactions, web3) 
  • Your tech stack: Experience in either native iOS/Android development, or cross-platform solutions. Web3-focused, with either back-end languages or front-end languages. The specific language is less important than a demonstrated mastery of coding, computer science, and/or software engineering principles.
  • Experience managing small or large teams of developers. 

This is a full-time role with strong autonomy and independence with the ability to carve and shape your contributions to a protocol that is mission-driven and purpose-led to deliver a new frontier in the Blockchain/Sport - NFT space.
