LUKSO is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our Developer Relations team. As a key player in our mission, you will collaborate closely with the DevRel team to address community issues, provide robust solutions, and elevate the overall developer and user experience. We’re focused on bringing blockchain technology to its next frontier with new tools and standards that are revolutionising the way the world interacts with blockchain. Collaborated with the DevRel team to address community issues and provide effective solutions. Act as the frontline support, possessing valuable information and serving as a conduit for feature improvements and user interaction. Foster positive relationships within the community to enhance overall satisfaction and happiness. Work autonomously in an environment where your contributions matter, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in the industry. Connect closely with key stakeholders, such as as Product Manager and Apps Team Lead, to align support efforts with company objectives.

A background like this helps:

3+ years of experience working in software development or blockchain technical support, with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and dApps. Proven engagement with communities and commitment to user satisfaction. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments, contributing ideas for product improvement and user experience. Shown the ability to put together well formulate articles, write-ups or documentation.  Bonus points: Knowledge of UPs, LSPs or LUKSO!
