What you will do:

• Conduct investigations into various customer issues including account takeovers, phishing, cryptocurrency thefts, and more.
• Respond to and resolve complex user issues related to fraud, user safety, and risk.
• Work with third-party vendors to perform takedowns of phishing and other malicious sites.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Compliance Analysts, Onboarding Associates, and Support teams.

• Comfortable diving into technical concepts, navigating backend products, and working with data and spreadsheets.

Nice To Have:

• Fluency with a second language.
• You’ve worked on or have thought about Internet-based risk, abuse, fraud, data protection, or security.
• Experience in a customer-facing role related to operations, fraud, or trust & safety.
