Web3 UI/UX Designer Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic UX/UI practitioner to design innovative product experience for our enterprise software applications. You will be joining an innovative team that enjoys solving problems with design to deliver original and well-thought-out solutions. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and customers, you will champion the best designs for our users.

*Responsibilities: *

• Participate throughout the product design process creating user flows, design low and high-fidelity user interface, and prototypes
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on qualitative data and feedbacks
• Work with User researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Designers in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Familiarity with user research tools and preferably experienced in conducting UX research
• Translating requirements into >
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
• Contributes to the product discovery process and assist in validating core product ideas
• Effectively design interaction and transitions, ranging from small feature iterations to larger, complex, blue sky experiences
• Work closely with PMs and also embed themselves in the development teams processes to stay ahead of reactionary design when possible

*Reqirements: *

• Knowledge of various interactive and visual design software and familiar with the official design standards of Web, iOS and Android
• Attach great importance to details, pursuing perfection, and loving human-computer interaction and user insight
• Have product thinking and good user empathy, and be able to participate in user research, interactive design, design prototype development, etc
• You have knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure Design, Zeplin, etc..
• knowledge of Photoshop and other design platforms
• Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with product team and different stakeholders
