Web3 UX UI Designer

We’re looking for a skillful/motivated UX UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Germany. We’re a small team poised for rapid growth based in both Göttingen and Berlin. At Zukonft (A Konfidio and ZUFALL Joint Venture) we’re building freight tech that helps logistic entrepreneurs to continuously improve their business processes and enable digital efficiencies between trusted logistics business partners. We’re on a mission to make logistics 4.0 sustainable and fair for all by creating tools with cutting edge technology that empower logistics companies of all sizes. TrustedTrucks is a new logistics platform that helps logistics service providers manage their suppliers with simple verification, communication and quality assurance tools. Provide examples of creating great user experience, either through building things from scratch or by improving existing functionalities Able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Experienced in designing medium to complex web applications Proviide examples of achieving product excellence through rigorous user research Experienced in developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format-demonstrating how his/her designs tackle customers' problems Able to facilitate discussions about his/her work and help drive toward decisions Work closely with the business, product, and engineering teams to deeply understand issues related to our clients Conduct extensive product research based on user feedback, data, usability sessions and competitors analysis Build designs that will shape the future of work, based on clear understandings established from user research Create and handover detailed design documentations to a dynamic team that will support you in creating your best work

Special: Ideally, you should be interested in blockchain development and decentralized applications. Requirements

3+ years of working as a UX UI designer Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English - German is a plus. Experienced in working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma Able to work independently while maintaining transparency and collaboration with a larger team Maintain composure and tact under pressure Ability to multitask and to manage multiple priorities across multiple teams that are geographically dispersed
