Job Responsibilities:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the Company;
• Meets the targets set by the Company, as published in its internal documentation;
• Monitors product changes and updates constantly, reflecting them in the internal and external knowledge bases accordingly;
• Proactively maintains and constantly improves the internal and external knowledge bases;
• Proactively analyzes trends, included but not limited to quality and quantity results, the internal and external knowledge bases’ usage and Operations traffic to determine the need of process improvements;
• Takes full ownership and accountability for processes building and chases, liaising across the board with all the Stakeholders upon the recognition of a need for process change or implementation, affecting the work of the Operations department;
• Proactively and efficiently, using any and all of the available means, communicates ongoing projects, pending process/policies changes with the Operations department;
• Works closely with all the divisions of Operations and Operation Support Teams in determining needs for improvement, proactively suggesting such to the Operations Management Team;
• Drives continuous improvement capability within the Team by: Identification of root cause of cases and complaints; Resolution of root causes (related to Product, Tech, Processes, etc.); Preparing recommendations, based on reports;
• Works with the Operations Management to develop effective processes and increase efficiency and productivity;
• Participates in ad-hoc projects as directed by the Operations Management;
• Duties assigned to them by their superior or company managers in accordance to the position.

Job Requirements:

•  The Аnalyst should preferably have profound knowledge of the applicable contemporary practices in the field of Operations, including but not limited to understanding of operational matters regarding Operations.
•  The Аnalyst must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company, and should have strong written and verbal communication skills. In addition, the Аnalyst must stand out with excellent leadership and organizational skills, decision making skills, effective problem solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in team.
• Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, ability for respect the personal dignity and rights of each employee, interest in the fintech industry and motivation to occupy the position.
