We enable FANs to invest in athletes they believe in through NFTs for a season or along their career.
FANs become part of the athlete’s close and exclusive community, with access to curated benefits and real-life experiences. When athletes win, everyone in the community win.

🌟 Your role
- Build a comprehensive marketing strategy to support FANtium’s brand and user growth, working closely with our web3 experts and our creative team.
- Grow our FANtium fanbase and community landscape across various channels, especially (but non limited to) Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok.
- Lead our content planning and communication strategy: create a content plan across channels that conveys FANtium’s voice to inspire and attract users (blog, newsletter, social).
- Lead and work closely with our community team to ensure a comprehensive cross social media marketing efforts.
- Oversee and build partnerships with relevant actors for FANtium’s brand and growth.
🌎 You are…
- A marketing specialist with an analytical, growth focus mindset: you can set up and run social media campaigns, plus would be Google AdWords
- Knowledgable about web3: you have fallen somehow in the rabbit hole, follow some projects and have an understanding of web3 native channels such as Discord.
- An expert of “traditional” marketing strategies: you have led marketing strategic execution before for a project that “took off” and are comfortable with all marketing tools
- Data-driven and well-organised: you have strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to plan, analyse and execute a well thought out strategy.
- Test obsessed: you set up and run A/B and multivariate tests, create a run MVP tests as a starting point to your marketing strategy
🛰️ Tooling?
- You’re fluent in web2 marketing channels: Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, etc. You can set up and run social media campaigns, plus would be Google AdWords
- With badass data analytics skills, a plus would be if you know some SQL
- You know how to build automation sequences for conversions and retention
- You use on a daily basis (or similar): Google Analytics, FB Business Manager and Audience Insights, Zapier, Twilio, Hotjar, Crazy Egg
- Bonus: big plus if you can set up landing pages (e.g. with Webflow / Unbounce)
