Founded in 2012, Invisible North is a Web3-native creative marketing agency based in NYC. We are a team of culturally fluent strategists, creatives, designers, and producers pushing the limits of possibility.

We are seeking a Web3-savvy Community Engagement Manager who has a passion for digital, media, experiential, and influencer marketing in the blockchain and crypto space. Invisible North is looking for an effective problem-solver who prides themselves on their strong community engagement skills and ability to stay on top of trends in an incredibly fast-moving industry. You should love NFTs and exploring the Metaverse.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Invisible North’s overall community strategy, and grow our client’s userbase in collaboration with their teams
  • Knowledge of how to build and stimulate Discord/Twitter communities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess community engagement needs and strategies
  • Building out and assisting already established community teams within client projects
  • Able to keep up with popular trends across the broad web3 twitter community and create strategy/messaging in order to keep projects relevant
  • Create innovative and effective solutions that are both brand-appropriate and up to the standard of excellence Invisible North has established
  • Develop new client relationships while contributing to the growth of the current client base
  • Expand the network of clients, partners, and collaborators who are engaged with Invisible North
  • Help drive social media strategy, create and review social media posts, lead organizing efforts for community events in coordination with other projects in the ecosystem, lead team members to create great content

Qualifications:

  • You have a strong passion for Web3, Metaverse, NFTs and all-things Blockchain
  • You have experience building and managing web3 communities
  • You strive to stay on top of trends in an incredibly fast-moving space
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in community management
  • You are crazy curious about others and deeply passionate about building relationships within the web3 space
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and are prepared to innovate on these strategies for web3
  • You are able to successfully work remotely
