What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the development and execution of our regional social media and community strategy to acquire and engage new and existing regional users of OKX
Lead the creative, design and content strategy for our regional social media channels to enhance our brand & product storytelling
Manage day-to-day regional social media accounts and ensure consistent engagement with our communities (YouTube, Telegram, VK and others)
Launch regional social campaigns, analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies where needed
Plan, organise, and execute educational content, including workshops, product launches, promotions and partnerships
Manage KOLs and influencers collaborations in the region, including negotiations, content creation, and performance tracking
Plan and execute OKX community ambassador initiatives in and around the region
Betatest new products and feedback to relevant cross team stakeholders
Recommend refinement of process or workflows for new social media initiatives to boost awareness and relevance for the market
Set & closely monitor channel KPI results against targets and manage budget/resources effectively
Understand global vs local nuisances and able to pivot global strategy/best-practice playbook for regional social media teams
What We Look For In You:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications related fields
Experience in social media and community management for the Russian-speaking crypto audience
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, community-building initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience with cryptocurrencies and financial communications
Native Russian-speaker, fluent in English, other languages is a strong advantage
An entrepreneurial attitude and a love of crypto
