The Role: APAC Lead We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC Business Lead to drive our expansion and strategic initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. As the APAC Business Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence, building partnerships, and accelerating growth in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving markets for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. What you will do: Market Expansion Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies tailored to the APAC region. Identify key market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environments, and growth opportunities.

Business Development:

Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders including financial institutions, technology partners, government entities, and industry influencers. Drive partnerships and collaborations that enhance our market position and product offerings.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed revenue targets for the APAC region through strategic sales initiatives and customer acquisition. Implement effective sales strategies, optimize pricing models, and identify new revenue streams.

Market Positioning and Brand Awareness:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share. Position the company as a thought leader and innovator within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Who you are:

At least 3+ years of experience within web3/defi/crypto Technical selling experience required Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your goals Comfortable in fast-paced environments Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality Enjoy working remotely with a talented global team
