Job description
We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to help grow our business globally by advocating our unique value proposition in the global crypto- and financial eco-system. In this role, you will help broaden Finoaโs reputation as a trusted and secure platform for institutional investors and corporations. As an Inside Sales Representative youโll be responsible for driving the sales pipeline. This includes outbound prospecting activities, Go-To-Market planning, providing market feedback, and forecasting.
Responsibilities

Research and analyze target accounts and establish first contact with decision makers.

Build trust with high-profile institutional investors and corporations.

Manage inbound interest effectively and professionally.

Build your knowledge and interest in the fast-changing Web3/crypto ecosystem.

Become a Finoa platform expert and brand ambassador.

Build and maintain a high-quality outbound sales pipeline, by qualifying and prioritizing leads.

Support sales managers with sales pipeline activities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Support, and Business Operations.

Work across the organization to put together responses to RFPs and DD requirements.

Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the team.
Requirements
-
You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, ideally in fintech or financial services with exposure to institutional decision-makers.

You have a strong presence and can speak confidently and convincingly about complex topics in a compelling way.

You are passionate about crypto and always up to date on the most recent developments shaping the crypto eco-system.

You are very familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.

You have a hands-on, target-driven mentality.

You have demonstrated an ability to carry a quota, and drive business growth.

You have fully-proficient communication in English, additional languages are a plus.

You are a competitive self-starter with passion for learning about new technology and the ability to roll up your sleeves.
