This is a unique opportunity to join a leader in trading, technology and crypto. The firm is highly professional, supportive and collaborative. In the role of Senior Strategy Analyst, you will work across the organization, perform market research, aggregate and analyze data, make strategic recommendations, manage projects, and execute critical initiatives.
Key Functions:
- Source and analyze data
- Develop insights and drive strategic recommendations
- Communicate recommendations to senior management
- Perform market research, market assessments, and opportunity assessments
- Lead specific projects and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience out of undergrad
- Strategy consulting or investment banking experience required
- Personal or professional experience in trading, financial markets and/or crypto is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects independently and multi-task
- Crypto knowledge is a plus
- Experience working with large datasets is a plus, but not required
