What We Are Looking For
An ambitious, organized, dedicated and forward thinking A&R intern that will provide valuable assistance to the A&R department of Hume, by supporting the management, and development of Hume Metastars.
What You'll Do
- Assist the A&R team in identifying, signing, and developing our virtual artists
- Work with various A&R systems and social media platforms
- Work with A&R Team to assist in projects related to developing and maintaining relationships within the creative community, cultivating a strong network of artists, songwriters, producers, engineers, managers, studios, and other creatives
- Analyze artist performance data
- Coordinating studio sessions with in-house producers and songwriters
- 1-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music or entertainment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) both with internal and external teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
- Extremely organized with superior time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high quality work
- Must be a team player with ability to strategically plan in an ambiguous environment
- Based in Los Angeles is preferable but not a requirement
