Job Title: Product Manager – FinTech

Your Role

As a Product Manager specializing in FinTech, you will be responsible for driving the development of our cutting-edge products in the financial domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers to create and deliver solutions that leverage blockchain technology while ensuring the highest level of security and compliance. Along with a passion for Web3 in general and will help define Musicow’s products.

As a Product Manager at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following;

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for blockchain-based financial solutions, with a focus on security tokens and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications .
• Conduct Market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and regulatory requirements in the blockchain and finance industries, providing insights and delivering unique value based on customer demands.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch, including requirements gathering user story creation and address security concerns throughout the product development process.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for blockchain-based financial applications, focusing on enhancing the user experience while maintaining high security standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications, ensuring alignment with industry standard, best practices, and security protocol.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and technological advancements in blockchain, security, and tokenization, translating insights into actional product strategies.

About You

• Experience as a Product Manager in the finance industry, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, security protocols and web3 industry trends.
• Strong knowledge of decentralized finance(DeFi) concepts, including smart contracts, liquidity protocols, and token economics.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to blockchain-based financial products.
• Experience in growing online communities, particularly in Web3 is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to structure large complex system into manageable components
• The position requires extensive knowledge of all Mainnets and Layer 2’s, dApp functionalities, and UI/UX app development with some understanding of music royalties.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging new ideas, experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

We’d Love It If You Also Had

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager, supporting at an executive level within the entertainment or blockchain industry. This experience should involve working on financial products or solutions, such as investment platforms, trading applications, or payment systems.
• Proficiency in Korean language is a plus.
