Responsibilities:

• Leads the agile DevOps teams responsible for the successful build out, enhancement, transformation and business services for our digital platform and kiosk business
• Engages with IT and business stakeholders, to provide direction, guidance and recommendations on technical / architectural considerations
• Ensures that the scrum teams apply the best engineering practices, including test driven development, peer reviews, continuous deployment practices, adherence to standards
• Ensures appropriate cloud infrastructure performance monitoring is in place and necessary changes are implemented to support the growth of the digital platform
• Passionate about building an inclusive engineering culture, including visions from stakeholders, driving solutions
• Partner with with Product management, Product design, Security and other key teams to drive technical projects and ensure product delivery
• Sets clear priorities and goals for the team, including reviews and continuous performance feedback
• Ensures DevOps projects are delivered on time and within scope/budget
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing DevOps teams
• Experience with global cloud hosting at scale leveraging AWS
• Strong communication skills with a team-centric approach to collaboration
• Deep understanding of all agile software lifecycle development disciplines
• Strong collaboration skills, working with product development, security and IT teams
• Experience with establishing disaster recovery practices in a multi-account, multi-region infrastructure across multiple continents
• Experience with key AWS services and solutions (e.g., Cognito, RDS, IAM,  Cloudformation, Terraform)

Nice to Have:

• While not a hard requirement, experience with crypto based products and services or Ethereum and the crypto markets is a plus
• Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change
